Tsunami Relief By Junior Doctors' Organisation
Medbeats.com is hereby request you all that please help tsunami victims. In this regard Aligarh Muslim University is doing a fine job. The A.M.U. Teachers Association in his General Body Meeting held on January 4th 2005 decides to contribute ONE DAY SALARY for the relief of victims of the tragedy.
Apart from this various teams are going to the affected areas to help the victims. The Drug Society is also Donating certain amount of money for the victims. Health Wise is also working is the same dorection.
Apart from this Junior Doctors' Organisation in association with Aligarh Muslim University Students Union is sending a twelve member team of doctors to provide the medical aid for the victims. In this regards the general body meeting held on 8th January 2005 decides to contribute ONE DAY SALARY which is more than Rs. 200000/- and Medicines worth More than Rs. 300000/- for the relief of victims of the tragedy. The Aligarh Muslim University Students Union had already donated Rs. 200000/- for the victims which are deposited in Prime Minister Relief Fund. The above money is to be given to PRIME MINISTERS RELIEF FUND. Representatives of Aligarh Muslim University Students Union, Junior Doctors' Organisation , The Drug Society , www.medbeats.com ,Health wise and Health Information and Education Unit are working and collecting Medicines and money to be sent to Tsunami affected areas. Lets pray to allah for the safety of teams and victims of the tsunami tragedy. The team will inshah-allah leave aligarh by the evening of January 10th 2005 at 8 A.M. in the morning from the casualty of J.N.Medical College Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh.
