The Camp also focuses on Health education regarding HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis B & C Awareness Programme. The camp is really a success, great enthusiasm of blood donation is seen amongst A.M.U. Students.
The main aim of the camp is motivation of students towards blood donation and restricting of entry of HIV is Aligarh Muslim University. Aids Cell of Ibn Sina Academy of Medieval Medicine & Science distributed pemplets regarding HIV/AIDS Stigma, Myths, and Misinformation
Mr. Naseem Ahmad, Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh Visited the camp twice despite their busy schedule. He also motivated students to donate blood in a very friendly manner. He also took a keen interest in Health Education part of the camp.
Office Bearers of the A.M.U. Students Union were also very enthusiastic about this camp. Professor Ashraf Malik, Chairman, Department of Paediatrics, JNMCH, A.M.U. Inaugurated the camp at 9.00 A.M.
