For the last 2 years, a 27 year old man has had recurrent episodes of asymmetrical inflammatory oligoarticular arthritis involving his knees, ankles and elbows lasting from 2 to 4 weeks. He also states he has had recurrent, painful canker sores in his mouth for the last 10 years.
